💻 The role

We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and data-driven Growth Engineer to join us as a builder. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and marketing, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and overall business growth. As a Growth Engineer, you'll leverage data, experimentation, and innovative thinking to build features and systems that fuel our company's expansion.

You will,

• design, build, and implement scalable growth initiatives across our entire product funnel.
• create and run sophisticated A/B tests and experiments to optimize user experiences.
• build tools and systems that enable rapid testing and iteration of growth hypotheses.
• analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and inform growth strategies.
• develop automation systems for user acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
• collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to drive cross-functional growth initiatives.
