💻 The role
We are looking for an ambitious, passionate, and technically skilled Support Engineer to join us as a builder. You will be the primary technical resource for our customers, ensuring they can effectively leverage our AI platform to its fullest potential. As a Technical Support Engineer at Adaline, you'll bridge the gap between our cutting-edge AI technology and our customers, providing expert guidance, troubleshooting, and solutions to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
You will,
- serve as the technical expert for customers, diagnosing and resolving complex issues with our AI platform.
- develop deep product knowledge to provide high-quality, timely support to enterprise customers.
- identify patterns in customer issues and collaborate with engineering to drive product improvements.
- document technical solutions and create knowledge base articles to improve self-service capabilities.
- build custom tools and scripts to automate support processes and enhance customer experience.
- conduct technical onboarding and training sessions for new customers.
- work closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize bug fixes and feature enhancements.
- continuously monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
